None Subscribers will be notified by email shortly before their subscription is due to expire. |
After 2 years subscribers will be notified by email shortly before their subscription is due to expire. Access to stored projects will be reinstated on renewal of a subscription within 2 years of it expiring. If a subscription is not renewed within 2 years of it expiring, specifications are archived for a further 2 years and a fee charged for any retrievals requested. Ex-subscribers will be notified by email before the second anniversary of their subscription expiring to remind them of the above. If a subscription is not renewed within 4 years of it expiring, no assurance can be given that specifications will be able to be retrieved after that period. |

Upgrade offer
If, within a week of paying for a Single Project Subscription, you submit a completed order and payment authorisation form to NATSPEC for a subscription to BUILDING Domestic or BUILDING Professional, the cost of your Single Project Subscription will be deducted from your new subscription.
If you take up this option, the subscription period will commence from the date your Single Project Subscription commenced.
Changes after upgrading from a Single Project Subscription to an Annual Subscription
After upgrading your subscription, specifications created under the Single Project Subscription will behave the same way as those created under an Annual Subscription. That is, you will be able to create editable Word documents. Note though, for a document created under a Single Project Subscription to become editable, it will need to be downloaded from Domestic Online again.
