Consultants
Consultants engaged to design and document VSBA projects are required to subscribe to the NATSPEC package appropriate to their profession and engagement and use the appropriate VSBA Reference specification and schedules for VSBA projects:
- Architects: Either BUILDING Professional or BUILDING Basic package starting at $740 + GST.
- Landscape architects: BUILDING Landscape at $740 + GST.
- Structural engineers: BUILDING Structure at $740 + GST.
- Interior designers: BUILDING Interior at $740 + GST.
- Services engineers: Either SERVICES Combined, SERVICES Mechanical, SERVICES Hydraulic and Fire or SERVICES Electrical starting at $740 + GST.
